Strong Talent Acquisition Consultant
For our Lviv Office we are looking for strong, talented and commercially driven Talent Acquisition Consultants. You will work closely with our Sales and HR teams and keep an active pipeline of candidates available. You will be actively searching and maintain close and friendly relationships with candidates, as well as promoting our company through several channels.
- At least 3 year experience in IT Recruitment
- Understanding of software development life-cycle and IT market
- Good Office-suite skills
- Good knowledge of tech staks, platforms and overal IT sphere
- High level of English, another language can be a pre.
- Lead candidates through the full recruitment cycle
- You have a strong network and you will actively take part in Events to connect with interesting people
- Actively promote the company within your network
- Using channels and our website to promote and improve visuability
- Monitor the market and have a clear view on realistic rates
- Creative mindset for efficient and effective approach to recruitment
- Ability to attract the right people for our company and clients
