What information are we collecting and storing

Third Party Systems
PROBEGIN is using but not limited to third party payment providers. In order to process your payments a trusted third party called Rabobank Omnikassa is being used to offer online payment services to our clients.
Your data is stored only for the service providing of the online payment and not longer then is strictly needed by legal terms. We send and store your data in a encrypted connection and environment. In the case Rabobank might ask for deferral of payment, Rabobank might share this information to be assest on their financial position with Credit Ratings.
PROBEGIN uses Online Twinfield software for accountancy purposes. This is a Third Party system which is used for our administration. We send and store your data in a encrypted connection and environment. In the case Twinfield might ask for deferral of payment, Twinfield might share this information to be assest on their financial position with Credit Ratings.
PROBEGIN uses WHMCS as a CRM system. We send and store your data in a encrypted connection and environment. We are not sharing your data with WHMCS company, we are hosting it in a protected environment, where access can only be granted on IP and two factor access.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of the processing
We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share information with us and we use this data to – other than at your request –
to contact you at a later time, we ask you for explicit permission. Your information will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties have all been kept confidential on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
