To set a path, we first determine what your current level is and what your future ambitions are. From there we shape your role in the project you will work on, and which outcomes the client would need to see. We set goals together and determine a SMART approach to keep your PDP measurable and clear.
Career Development with our PDP framework is not only focussed on your technical skills. We value interpersonal and cultural development equally as technical one. It’s not only the result you bring, but also how you bring it and how you cooperate with your team members.
