Recruitment Process
Your and our time is precious, so we developed an efficient way for your onboarding.
Applying
When you apply for one of our vacancies, we try to connect with you within 2 working days. In the meantime we will analyse your CV and motivation letter. Based on that, we either plan an interview or give you feedback why we believe we don’t see a fit for this position.
Technical Interview
In order to determine if your technical skills meet up with what we need in the project you applied for, we have one of our tech-leads test your skills. Beforehand we will ask you to complete a test task, so we can see how you deal with a challenge and how clean and clear your solutions & approaches are.
Cultural Interview
At PROBEGIN we value our cultural environment very highly. That means that, for us, your soft skills are equally as important as your hard skills. Since we all need to work with each other, we will interview you about how you deal with certain situations. Also we’ll evaluate if your personality and level of professionalism fit ours. We want you to feel comfortable in our company, and we want to feel comfortable with you in our company as well. We value long term relationships, as we are interested in building them with the right people.
PM Interview
Your PM will join the talk and see how your work ethics are. Do you work hard and play hard like we do? Understanding the dynamics of being part of a project helps determine how you will fit inside the project team, and if you will help deliver high quality of service and results.
Client Interview
Our clients are engaged throughout the process of projects. That means in most cases you will have an interview with the client as well, which will determine the final stage of becoming a team member.
Becoming a team member
When we find ourselves happy with each other, we settle a starting date. On the first day you will have an introduction program and we will explain you all the things you need to know when working at PROBEGIN. We will introduce you to all people and show you around in our office.
After your probation period, we will set up a career growth plan. This is to ensure proper development and alignment with the business needs of our clients and PROBEGIN itself.
